因?yàn)樵谝粯?biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓下，水達(dá)到沸點(diǎn)的條件是100攝氏度,但是從液態(tài)變到氣態(tài)還需要吸收更高的熱量,在水浴法里，燒杯里的水在變成水蒸氣前都只能有100攝氏度的溫度，無法為試管里的水提供更多的熱量，所以試管內(nèi)的液體是不能沸騰的.所以常常利用這種溫度不改變的原理對一些需要定溫加熱的反應(yīng)進(jìn)行水浴加熱.先在一個(gè)大容器里加上水，然后把要加熱的容器放入加入水的容器中。加熱盛水的大容器通過加熱大容器里的水再通過水把熱量傳入需要加熱的容器里，達(dá)到加熱的目的。
